UK - Terms & Conditions The Gift Card shall be valid for two years from the date of its purchase. If the Gift Card expires any balance will be forfeited and will not be refundable. The Gift Card is activated when purchased. It must be purchased with a minimum value of £10 (ten) and a maximum value of £200 (two-hundred), in multiples of £1 (one); value cannot be added to the Gift Card after purchase. Gift Cards can be used as full or part payment for any goods or services purchased only in KIKO MILANO stores in the UK or online at www.kikocosmetics.com/en-gb/ (subject to website terms and conditions) until the balance on the Gift Card reaches zero. To use the Gift Card online enter the code found on the silver strip on the back of the card. The balance on the card cannot be exchanged for cash. The return of products purchased at KIKO stores or online at www.kikocosmetics.com/en-gb/ entirely paid with a Gift Card will give to the purchaser the right, to the extent the relevant conditions exist, to obtain a refund in an amount corresponding to the purchase price of the returned products (as per original receipt), through the issue of a voucher for KIKO MILANO. The return of products purchased at www.kikocosmetics.com/en-gb/, partly paid with Gift Card and partly paid with other methods of payment will give to the purchaser the right, to the extent the relevant conditions exist, to obtain a refund for the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the returned products (as per original receipt) as follows: up to the entire amount paid with methods of payment different from the Gift Card, using the same payment method and for the remaining amount through the issue of a voucher for KIKO MILANO. The return of products purchased at KIKO stores, partly paid with Gift Card and partly paid with other methods of payment will give to the purchaser the right, to the extent the relevant conditions exist, to obtain a refund for the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the returned products (as per original receipt) as follows: through the issue of a voucher “KIKO MILANO” for the entire amount paid or, at KIKO’s discretion, through the issue of a voucher “KIKO MILANO” for the entire amount paid by Gift Card and for the remaining amount through bank transfer or credit card rollback. Gift Cards are not valid for the purchase of other Gift Cards. No promotions, vouchers, coupons or discounts shall apply to the purchase of Gift Cards. Gift Cards should be treated as cash. They are not credit, debit or cheque guarantee cards, and cannot be blocked. KIKO UK Ltd accepts no liability for lost, damaged or stolen Gift Cards, or for any inappropriate use and will not provide replacements or refund any balance.
