Diego Morgandi

Global E-commerce Director

Diego Morgandi started his career as a business controller for the RCS Mediagroup; after working in the RCS Libri division, following the acquisition of the Spanish group Unidad Editorial, he worked in Spain for two years to contribute to the definition of the control model required by the head office. After this experience, he joined the Gazzetta dello Sport division for two years, where he was in charge of several projects including Gazzetta Digital Edition and the e-commerce of Gazzetta dello Sport. He joined KIKO MILANO at the end of 2012 to implement the E-commerce channel control model. Over the years, Diego Morgandi has held roles of increasing responsibility with a focus on the search for synergies and cost efficiencies, the geographical expansion of the channel and the improvement of the digital User Experience. Since 2018, he has been Director of the E-commerce Channel with the objective of relaunching it and accelerating its growth both through direct e-commerce (with a new site www.kikocosmetics.com and a new commerce app) and through new agreements with the main Marketplaces.
