1. Apply the oil to clean hair (dry or wet) daily, focusing on the lengths and ends, without rinsing. 2. Adapt the amount of product used based on your hair: -for thin hair, use a small amount of product; -for thick, discoloured or damaged hair, use a larger amount of product.
